Through a long association with The Monticello College campus and then when it became the Lewis & Clark Community College with GACAF performances continuing to be in Hatheway Hall. In 1999 we became a foundation, making it easier to accept larger donations from individuals and corporations. GACAF, a not-for-profit organization, continues to operate with a no-hired personnel policy. Our Board of Directors volunteer their time and services in carrying on the business of the organization. GACAF has provided everyone in the area the opportunity to embrace and embellish their cultural life, in the realm of music, dance and theater. The purposes for which the Foundation is organized are exclusively charitable, artistic, and educational.
