GMHF PROVIDES LOANS, GRANTS AND INVESTMENTS FOR THE CREATION AND PRESERVATION OF MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING AND SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES, AS WELL AS MISSION-RELATED PROGRAM SERVICES SUCH AS CAPACITY-BUILDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANT MAKING.
