GNHCP'S MISSION IS TO END THE SUFFERING OF HOMELESS CATS THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF TRAP/NEUTER/RETURN (TNR), AND ALSO TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ETHICALLY ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF ANIMAL WELFARE.
