OUR GCGH FAMILY INCLUDES: CARDIOPULMONARY REHAB, RESPIRATORY THERAPY, SPEECH, PT, OT, SOCIAL SERVICES, EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, LABOR & DELIVERY, CHRONIC CARE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL AND SURGICAL, ICCU, LAB, RADIOLOGY, INFUSION CENTER MY CLINICS AT LINTON, WORTHINGTON, WEST GATE, & BLOOMFIELD SURGCARE & TEAM ORTHO.
