THE FOCUS IS ON ACCESSIBILITY, EQUITY, AND SUSTAINABILITY TO CREATE A VALUES-BASED FOOD SYSTEM THAT IMRPOVES THE FOOD SECURITY, NUTRITION, AND HEALTH OF THE NCM AREA.
