The mission of the organization is to create an environment of greater awareness - to teach tools for mindfulness, empowerment, and intentionality so people can live their personal vision - fostering happiness, satisfaction, and excitement for life making positive impact in their world. We provide professional development and personal growth trainings where people learn to identify the behaviors, patterns, and choices that are getting in the way of having the life they really deserve. In class students learn tools experientially - first by hearing ideas and concepts, next practicing them with each other to see what they feel like, and then talking about how these tools and insights can be used in our lives to make us happier and more effective - with others, and with ourselves.
