Guatemala Village Health's mission is to improve health in rural Maya communities in Guatemala by working alongside village leaders and in collaboration with the Ministry of Health by facilitating the delivery of sustainable medical care, heath education and public health improvement projects incorporating best practices to make progress in Sustainable Development Goals from Zero Hunger and Good Health and Well-being to Clean Water & Sanitation and Reduced Inequalities in everything from access to medical care to education. Our permaculture farming work seeks to address climate change while providing sustainable nutrition.
