We strive to improve and grow the sport of gymnastics through practical, evidence-based research. GRI provides high-quality research for coaches, athletes, and other gymnastics professionals to advance the safety, longevity, and performance of gymnasts. GRI aims to be an impartial resource for coaches, athletes, and other gymnastics professionals. Our vision is that the Gymnastics Research Institute helps make gymnastics a lifelong sport.
