Mission Statement

The Gypsies Carnival Troupe Inc is a non-profit organization located in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. The Troupe participates in annual carnival and festival parades, have costume working meetings, board and general meetings of its members, and social activities. Social activities include social dinner, after carnival beach party, and other events that may be scheduled. The organization is not for profit as funds received from sponsors or members are to assist with expenses associated to the annual parade and festivals, etc. Officers and Directors receive no compensation as service is voluntary.
