TO ASSIST THOSE LESS FORTUNATE IN NEED OF WHEELCHAIRS, RAMPS, AND RENOVATIONS FOR EXPENSES THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY OTHER ESTABLISHED SOCIAL OR GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS.
