Mission Statement

To organize and conduct a comprehensive educational and training program for educationally and financially disadvantaged, low-income youth, young people, adults and families to prepare them for careers which will assist them in becoming economically and personally self-sufficient. To improve the economic, educational, and social levels of those residents in blighted or identified opportunity zones in the Georgia communities who are substantially unemployed, underemployed, or whose income is below federal poverty guidelines; to foster and promote community-wide interest and concern for the problems of said residents.
