Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MAINTAIN THE COMMON AREA OF THE HARBOR HOTEL PLAZA THROUGH THE COLLECTION OF DUES FROM THE MEMBER BUSINESSES. THE ORGANIZATION IS THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ALL UTILITIES, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON AREA.
