Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO ASSIST OTHER ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) AND SECTION 509(A)(1) OR SECTION 509(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACCOMPLISH ITS GOALS BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS DETERMINED BY ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
