TO PROVIDE FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES TO THE TERRITORY IN WHICH THE OPERATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE PRINCIPALLY CONDUCTED AND TO PROVIDE MUTUAL AID TO ADJACENT TERRITORIES IF CALLED.
