HLB COORDINATES ITS ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER COMMUNITY, REGIONAL AND NEIGHBORHOOD PARTNERS THAT PURSUE OBJECTIVES AND GOALS COMPLEMENTARY TO THAT OF HLB. THE CITY OF HARTFORD IS A KEY PARTNER AND THE HLB ED WILL BE THE PRIMARY LIAISON TO THE CITY OF HARTFORD.
