The Harvard Arab Alumni Association was established in 2001 to pursue the following four objectives: 1. Provide a network for Harvard Alumni with an interest in the Arab world. 2. Provide a forum for dialogue of all issues of interest to the membership, both through a quarterly newsletter in which members share opinion pieces, and through an annual conference in which members of the global community come together to discuss important issues facing the Arab world. 3. Organize and sponsor educational initiatives of importance to the Arab world. 4. Strengthen ties between Harvard University and the Arab world.
