TO ESTABLISH A SCHOLARSHIP FUND TO BENEFIT LATINO STUDENTS AT THE HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL, TO STIMULATE DISCUSSION OF CURRENT BUSINESS AND SOCIAL PROBLEMS, TO COMMUNICATE THE VIEWS OF LATINO ALUMNI TO THE SCHOOL, TO RECRUIT YOUNG LATINO MEN AND WOMEN TO APPLY TO AND ATTEND THE SCHOOL, TO PROMOTE CONTINUING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL, TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY SERVICE, TO RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS BY LATINO ALUMNI OF THE SCHOOL AND BUSINESS PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE LATINO COMMUNITY, TO STRENGTHEN TIES BETWEEN THE SCHOOL'S ALUMNI OFFICE AND LATINO ALUMNI, TO PROMOTE BUSINESS AND SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS AMONG LATINO ALUMNI, STUDENTS, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES AND TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE SCHOOL THROUGH FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND THROUGH PROMOTION OF DIVERSITY.
