TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE AND A SENSE OF COMMUNITY FOR OVER 1,700 RESIDENCES IN THE HARVESTON COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL AWARENESS PROGRAMS.
