THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSES ARE TO PROMOTE GREATER EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS AMONG ITS MEMBERS IN ALL PHASES AND TYPES OF LITIGATION,AND TO SPONSOR, SUPPORT, OR OPPOSE LEGISLATION TO BEST SERVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND THE CAUSE OF ADVOCACY.
