AND BY UTILIZING COMPETITIVE PLAY IN LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS TO FOSTER GOODWILL WHILE PRESERVING THE PRACTICE AND TRADITIONS EMBODIED IN THE KATANA.
