TO CREATE PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN SCHOOL DISTRICTS, HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMMUNITY GROUPS THAT INCREASE FAMILIES' ACCESS TO LIFE CHANGING SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO AIMS TO BUILD SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITIES FOR EDUCATORS AND FAMILIES WHILE INCREASING RESOURCES FOR ALL.
