Mission Statement

Healthy Hearts Institute mission is to empower individual and community transformation through health and wellness. Healthy Hearts does this by providing low-income families easy access to locally grown produce as well as providing them with the health and wellness education, tools, and resources necessary for them to live healthy and socially connected lives.
