The primary purpose is to bring health education to vulnerable populations. Our vision is that all Hoosiers will have access to healthier bodies minds and communities. At HHI we strongly believe that the prosperity of communities is closely tied to the health of every individual. Our primary mission is to educate Hoosiers of all ages and stages of life on the fundamental aspects of health. We aim to inspire and motivate all Hoosiers to integrate health-promoting habits into their daily routines. Furthermore we are dedicated to actively involving all Hoosier communities by providing top-notch care and support to those who are the most vulnerable among them.
