PRENATAL & INFANT HEALTH CARE. TO ESTABLISH A SYSTEM THAT GUARANTEES THAT ALL WOMEN HAVE ACCESS TO PRENATAL CARE AND THAT ALL INFANTS HAVE ACCESS TO SERVICES THAT PROMOTE NORMAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
