Mission Statement

Helianthus Wellness & Recovery is a not-for-profit, mental health wellness advocate focused on participation and recovery by establishing prevention, general outreach and education founded in occupational therapy practices. It is designed specifically to provide an outlet and safe space within our community both digitally & physically. This not only allows people who are in a time of crisis to be heard immediately in the palm of their hand by joining a digital support group within their immediate area but also allows them access to a preapproved licensed professional through the telehealth platform. Contributions will go to outreach, resource materials, event opportunities, peer-to-peer meetings, support groups, locations, education and time (virtual and physical ie classrooms, libraries, zoom, etc)
