We educate and inform our potential clients lower-income senior citizens and legally disabled persons about the laws protecting them so they can make decisions based on reality instead of fear. We provide representation as described by the Fair Dept Collection Practices Act so our clients do not experience debt collection harassment. With adequate legal protection and understanding of their legal protections our clients can choose to pay for their basic necessities instead of using these funds for unsecured debt.
