HERITAGE VISION OF HOPE PROVIDES OUTREACH, EDUCATION, AND ACCESS TO VISION SERVICES FOR THOSE UNABLE TO OBTAIN COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES THROUGH TRADITIONAL MEANS. VISION STATEMENT MOBILIZING STATE-OF-THE-ART VISION CARE FOR GENERATIONS-TO IMPROVE EDUCATION, HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE IN OUR COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING CHILDREN, SENIORS, AND THE UNDERSERVED.
