DUE TO PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES IN ADDITION TO FINANCIAL CONTRAINTS THEY ARE ALSO FORCED TO FORGO THESE GOALS BUT HERO HORSES WILL ASSIST IN MAKING IT A REALITY.
