THE HOLC ALLIANCE WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE HIGH-OCTANE, LOW-CARBON FUEL AS A VIABLE AND AFFORDABLE OPTION TO MAKE CONTINUED PROGRESS IN FUEL ECONOMY STANDARDS AND GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) EMISSION REDUCTIONS.
