THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION STRIVES TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE BBQ EDUCATION AND COOK-OFFS THROUGH VARIOUS STATE AND REGIONAL COMPETITIONS. ALL REVENUE GENERATED IS REINVESTED INTO VARIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAMS, COOK-OFFS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS.
