THE HISPANIC AMERICAN LIBRARY EXPAND COMMUNITY-BASED LIBRARY SEREVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF SPRINGFIELD AND BEYOND WITH COLLECTIONS AND SERVICES FOCUSED ON THE WORKS, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF HISPANIC AMERICAN AUTHORS, MUSICIANS, AND ARTIST OF LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.
