Historic East Linden Project, Inc. dba Joseph & Sarah Carter Community Development Corporation was formed to support a low-income community of 100 households located in the Historic East Linden neighborhood of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Its purpose is to create a plan to win peace in and around the community which had become an open-air drug market, with accompanying street violence, fear, and isolation. Our focus is on issues affecting children and youth in an effort to rally support in the community.
