TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF TRAINING, PERSONAL SKILLS, LANGUAGE SKILLS, JOB SKILLS, TRANSPORATION NEEDS, AND BASIC HOUSING NEEDS FOR HARD-TO-PLACE REFUGEES SEEKING EMPLOYMENT IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA.
