Mission Statement

Educating One Student At A Time HPSA provide the economic assistance that is necessary to facilitate improved learning for scholarship recipient, attending Holmwood Technical High. To date, the program has awarded $270,377 USD to 777 students. HPSA focuses on the individual needs of each student, providing scholarships that cover transportation, lunch, and tuition.
