THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO SECURE, INVEST AND STEWARD FINANCIAL AND OTHER RESOURCES TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND EXPAND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOLYOKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS. AS A CHARITABLE CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, THE HCC FOUNDATION IS FISCALLY AND LEGALLY SEPARATE FROM THE COLLEGE AND PROVIDES A PERPETUAL TRUSTEESHIP FOR FUNDS DONATED BY INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT BENEFIT THE COLLEGE AND ITS STUDENTS.
