TO PROVIDE UNDER-REPRESENTED YOUTH ACCESS TO THE SPORT OF HOCKEY, WITHOUT COST, IN A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT; TOGETHER WITH ALL LAWFUL OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
