(CHSI) INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM (IHDS). THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE IHDS BY PROVIDING A CENTRAL, EFFICIENT, AND COST-EFFECTIVE SOURCE TO SUPPLY RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS WITHIN THE IHDS WITH NEEDED HOME CARE AND RELATED SERVICES.
