Mission Statement

Organization's Primary Exempt Purpose: Honeoye Falls-Mendon Volunteer Ambulance, Inc. (HFMVA) is a public safety and health care organiztion whose primary mission is: To provide timely, pre-hospital emergency medical care and transport that is of the highest quality, administerd with skill, compassion and dignity to all who require such service within the municipal and mutual-aid areas served. To coordinate and direct pre-hospital medical care resources and operations in the event of a medical emergency or disaster, and maintain a constant state of readiness for such occurances at all times. To provide such services without regard to the patient's sex, race, color, creed, national origin, gender preference, political views, ability to pay, or any other characteristic as provided by law. HFMVA is a primary emergency medical provider for the Towns of Mendon and West Bloomfield, and the Village of Honeoye Falls in upstate New York.
