To promote and share the culture and traditions of the people of Hiroshima Prefecture and to perpetuate same, particularly with descendants of Hiroshima Prefecture living on the island of Oahu. To coordinate, foster and promote healthy relationships between the peoples of the United States of America and Japan by focusing on relationships between the State of Hawaii and the City and County of Honolulu with Hiroshima Prefecture and Hiroshima City. To promote fellowship, goodwill and harmony among the members. To coordinate and cooperate with other Hiroshima Kenjin Kai groups within and outside the State of Hawaii.
