TO SUPPORT THROUGH COMMUNICATION WITH AGENCIES, INSTITUTIONS, AND SCHOOLS ABOUT THE NEED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE PRESERVATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF INDIGENOUS HISTORICAL/CULTURAL PRACTICES.
