DURING THE YEAR ENDED AUGUST 31, 2014, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
