Public Charity - Provide community risk reduction safety educational programs, support, and materials to fire and EMS members and citizens, provide professional development opportunities and programs and support materials and equipment for fire and EMS members, and provide for the safety needs, equipment, materials and support of the fire and EMS members and the community.
