THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO HOLD TITLE TO PROPERTY, COLLECTING INCOME THEREFROM AND TURNING OVER THE NET INCOME TO HINDS HOSPICE, A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION, WHICH IS ITS IRC 501(a) TAX-EXEMPT PARENT ORGANIZATION, AS CONTEMPLATED BY IRC 501(c)(2).
