THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF HOSPICE OF SOUTH TEXAS, INC., WHICH IS TO PROVIDE PALLIATIVE CARE OF TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS, SUPPORT TO PATIENT AND FAMILY, AND BEREAVEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
