TO MAKE QUALITY HOSPICE CARE AVAILABLE TO PERSONS WITH LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES, THEIR FAMILIES AND THOSE AFFECTED BY DEATH AND DYING IN OUR COMMUNITY; TO ADVOCATE EFFECTIVELY FOR PATIENT COMFORT, DIGNITY AND CHOICE; AND TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A LEADING RESOURCE IN THE CLINICAL, ETHICAL AND SPIRITUAL ISSUES OF DYING AND GRIEF.
