Mission Statement

House Hahl Commercial Owners Association, Inc. Will manage, control, operate, maintain, preserve, repair, and improve the common areas. The common area tasks will be provied to improve the value and safety for the property owners who do not own the access or surrounding areas of the property. House Hahl Commercial Owners Association, Inc. own, operate, and maintain a water plant, wastewater treatment plant, and detention pond. The associatation will restrict access to the water plant, wastewater treatment plant and detention pond for the benefit of the public safety.
