Mission Statement

The House of Redemption's mission is to address the long-term residential needs of individuals transitioning out of prison back into local communities, and methodically demonstrate the advantages of a 'home' over 'housing' model toward a safer and healthier prison-to-community transition. THOR works with community partners to holistically address other individual needs and the social conditions that nurture and promote criminal behavior.
