Mission Statement

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving housing stability and affordability for individuals and families across south-central Nebraska. We develop, rehabilitate, and preserve affordable housing; assist low- to moderate-income households with home repairs and down payment assistance; and provide financial education to promote long-term self-sufficiency and community revitalization.
