Mission Statement

The purpose of Housing for Health Orange County, Inc. ("HHOC") is to provide necessary functional and administrative support to its 501(c)(3) member organizations, all of whom are providing supportive housing services to California's most vulnerable residents such as individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health care access, children with complex care needs, the growing number of justice-involved populations who have significant clinical needs, and the growing aging population. HHOC currently provides support to four 501(c)(3) member organizations: Friendship Shelter, Inc., Jamboree Housing Corporation, and Mercy House Living Centers, Orangewood Foundation, Teen Leadership Foundation, and Stand Up for Kids. HHOC's activities are currently primarily funded through the Department of Public Health CalAim Initiative for supportive services.
