PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY THEATRE ARTS SHOWS TO THE CITY OF HOUSTON, TX, PROVIDING PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES TO THEATRE ACTORS, AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS THROUGH THE ATTENDANCE OF SHOWS, AS WELL AS INTERACTIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL ACTORS.
